I feel more unhappy(stress and worry) than happy.

My average sleep to wake time is 2 hours and 35 minutes.

Other than sleep, wake and my meals, I spend most of the time doing work.

Despite taking time to relax, my stress level is still slightly high. It can go up to 4 entries per week.

These information was recorded before the the holidays. As you can see in the initial few weeks, when there were less work and stress i was happier but toward the later weeks when there were more work and stress, the happiness decreased.
